CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
Participants:
All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Dr. Antonio Correia.
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received before February 14, 2014.
50% of the registration fee payment will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 14 and February 21, 2014.
No reimbursement will be made after February 21, 2014
Exhibitors:
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received until January 31, 2014.
No reimbursement will be made after February 1, 2014.
INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the NanoSpain Conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
